A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME

Strength in Body & Mind

My journey started when I was in high school. I was overweight, depressed, and not happy with how I looked or felt. I decided I was going to make a change for myself, not others. Years went by and I felt much better, more confident and happy with myself. I transformed my body and I knew I had a true passion for fitness. I then began to personal train my friends and people in my circle, because they had seen a huge transformation in myself. After some years of training I truly knew what I wanted to do with my life and career. Through my years as a personal trainer I have trained clients from  15 years of age to clients in their 90s! I have learned so much, and have delt with various injuries and limitations that clients have which I believe puts me in a good position to take on any client!
